My name is Michelle Busby aka Shellie Bu. I am a small business owner with 30+ years of professional IT background. I'm a social media influencer with my blog Keepn' It Real Enterprises, and also a business partner in my multi-service company -- Services You Want, LLC. I have worn many hats from real estate, banking, retail, professional services, and marketing (in-person and online). I provide a great wealth of digital storytelling -- motivated by helping others adapt their creativity and Leadership. I am motivated to help others to fish and be self-sufficient. And, most importantly, I value having fun and being collaborative to help consumers be their best self while I do it.
The global landscape of employment is rapidly changing due to technological advancements and shifts in market demands. Many traditional jobs are being replaced by automation and artificial intelligence, leaving a significant portion of the workforce at risk of obsolescence. This highlights the need for effective economic development strategies that prioritize job creation and workforce development. Our companies will help consumers be empowered to be a better version of themselves in these trying economic times.

Fun Facts are created by some of the young minds in my life to help their share their knowledge of what they are so passionate about. To help cultivate their knowledge, I pay them for every hit that they receive to their Fun Fact. There is also going to be a one-time donation listing for these young minds soon.
